In 2026, it feels as if singer / songwriter / musician / humanitarian Labi Siffre is hotter than ever, with scores of recent high-profile film and TV soundtrack features and ad syncs ('Hacks', 'The Holdovers', 'Sentimental Value' etc) to his name.<br>Marking a half-century since his mid-'70s artistic purple patch, Demon are delighted to offer the first vinyl re-release of Siffre's 1975 collection 'Happy'. Recorded during a prolific period for Labi and recorded virtually back-to-back with '75's 'Remember My Song' (as sampled by Dr Dre for Eminem's 'My Name Is…'), 'Happy' presented a suite of soaring adventurous songs, that ranged from the dancefloor-friendly to the intimate and romantic. Highlights ranged from the boogie-infused 'Love-A-Love-A-Love-A-Love-A-Love' to the beautiful ballad 'Staride To Nowhere'.<br>Pressed in a very limited run for National Album Day 2026, this new coloured vinyl 'Sunshine Yellow' edition comes packaged in a new sleeve with lyric sheet and featuring Labi's original choice of cover photo

The Vinyl Whistle uses Royal Mail for national and international deliveries.
For UK deliveries, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery; expected delivery usually between 3 - 5 days. Delivery outside of the UK may take longer, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery; expected delivery is between 5 - 10 days.
We only do Signed deliveries for domestic UK orders, and Tracked deliveries for international orders with Royal Mail to ensure safe and quicker delivery of your orders.
Please note, The Vinyl Whistle accepts no responsibility for any package which is damaged, lost or stolen during transit. Compensation for damage or loss should be pursued through the claims procedure offered by the Royal Mail - contact us if you need help with this.

If you have purchased a pre-order as entry to one of our instore gigs, you will be able to collect the vinyl or CD on the day of the event and get it signed by the performer or band.
We won't be printing tickets for this, please use your email order confirmation for entry.
